The Social Insurance Institute (Greek: Ίδρυμα Κοινωνικών Ασφαλίσεων, IKA) is the largest social security organisation in Greece: its beneficiaries are 5,530,000 members of the Greek working population and 830,000 pensioners.[1]

It is run by the Greek state.
