Sobia

Sobia was a nurse. Muhammad was nursed by Sobia and then by Halima Sadia, with whom he stayed for four years.

Muhammed stayed with his mother for the first three days after his birth, and then with Sobia. Two years earlier, Sobia had also nourished Hamza, the uncle of Mohammed.
