Sky Las Vegas is a 45-story luxury high-rise condominium tower situated on a 3-acre site on the Las Vegas Strip in Winchester, Nevada. Sky Las Vegas is a $350 million mixed-use project consisting of 409 residential units and three levels of retail space consisting of approximately 36,000 m2 (390,000 sq ft).
History
Construction began in the third quarter of 2005 and was completed in the first quarter of 2007. Sky Las Vegas reconsiders the very notion of what a residence can be by combining sophisticated, luxuriously appointed living environments with imaginative social and recreational spaces including a host of amenities for active lifestyles.
