SiteCompli

SiteCompli is a real estate compliance management platform based in New York City.

Company overview

The company was co-founded by Jason Griffith and Ross Goldenberg in 2008[1][2] and is headquartered in Manhattan, NYC.[3] It launched its compliance platform in 2009.[4] In 2014 SiteCompli received an investment deal from dmgi[1] and in 2015, the company acquired Empower NY, a real estate technology competitor.[5] SiteCompli is in use for about two billion square feet of real estate space,[6] including about half a million residential apartments.[4]

Platform

SiteCompli provides a compliance monitoring platform for real estate requirements.[6] The platform compiles data from government agencies like the Department of Buildings or the Fire Department,[4] and amalgamates and tracks various compliance issues like complaints, violations, hearings, inspections, changes in relevant legislation, and permit renewals. It is accessed by multiple users on a particular project in order for the same information to be available to a full project team or collaborators.[7] When deadlines approach or new information becomes available, the platform issues email alerts in advance.[5]
