History

Silicon Valley University (SVU) is a private, non-profit, higher educational institution located in San Jose, California, US. The university is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) at the Master's Degree level,[2]

Silicon Valley University used to be located at 2160 Lundy Avenue, San Jose CA 95131. In 2014, SVU bought a new building and moved to the new address at 2010 Fortune Drive, San Jose CA 95131.

Silicon Valley University is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) to award Bachelor’s degrees, Master’s degrees, and Certificates. The Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools is a nationally recognized accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. SVU has been granted Institutional Approval by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE)
