Shu-Te University (STU; Chinese: 樹德科技大學) is a private university in Yanchao District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

History

STU was originally founded in 1986 as Shu-Te Institute of Technology. On 1 August 2000, it was renamed to Shu-Te University. Shu-Te University’s art development workshop also manage and exhibit at Pier-2 Art Center.[2]

Faculties

Digital Technology and Game Design

In 2005, the first nationwide Interaction and Entertainment Design (IED) program was established in Shu-Te University. This program is aimed to nurture our students in multiple design disciplines: digital multimedia, digital animation, e-learning and digital audio-video effects. Our ultimate goal is to enrich and enhance competence of digital cultivation and creativity of our students.[3]

Transportation

The university is accessible North East from Nanzi Station of Taiwan Railways Administration.
