Shinkichi Kikuchi (菊池 新吉 Kikuchi Shinkichi, born April 12, 1967) is a former Japanese football player. He played for Japan national team. His younger brother Toshimi is also a former Japanese footballer.

Biography

Kikuchi finished his playing career with Tokyo Verdy.[1]

Kikuchi made seven appearances for the Japan national team, and was selected to play at the 1995 King Fahd Cup.[2]

He is currently the goalkeeping coach at Kawasaki Frontale.
