Schwaförden (Northern Low Saxon: Swabern) is a municipality in the district of Diepholz, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated approximately 40 km south of Bremen.
Schwaförden is also the seat of the Samtgemeinde ("collective municipality") Schwaförden.
