Sandoyartunnilin

Sandoyartunnilin is a planned undersea road tunnel in the Faroe Islands. It will connect the islands Streymoy and Sandoy. The length of the tunnel will be 10.6 kilometers. The estimated cost is 860 million DKK.[1] Construction will begin in 2018.[2] The tunnel is expected to be ready for traffic in 2021.[3]
