Samuel D. Sturgis, Jr. (August 1, 1861 - March 7, 1933) was a officer in the United States Army. During World War I, he served with the 1st and 42nd Divisions.[1] He commanded the 80th Infantry Division from November 1918 to April 12, 1919.[2]
