Star World Premiere is a 24-hour English language television channel owned by STAR TV and Fox International Channels, two fully owned subsidiaries of 21st Century Fox. The channel primarily airs popular shows from the United States along with United Kingdom and Australia to the English-speaking population of India. It also used to broadcast in Sri Lanka but later pulled out of the region this channel was bought to Sri Lanka when Star Movies HD pulled out of the region. The channel focuses on 25- to 34-year-old urban population, who are interested in latest US TV shows. It is broadcast in HD only. It is a premium channel and is only available as À la carte.[1][2][3]

Programming

The channel usually airs US and UK TV series along with the international broadcasts. Later, these shows aired in syndication on its sister channels, Star World India and FX India.

Upcoming series

All At Once programming

All At Once (stylized as: #AllAtOnce) is an upcoming programming block on the channel. It will be launched on Saturday, June 25, 2016, from 12 pm IST onwards and will air every weekend. Through this weekend block, the channel aims to provide its viewers with back-to-back and uninterrupted viewing of the latest and most anticipated hit American TV shows all at one go. Shows on this block will be aired every weekend i.e. on every Saturdays and Sundays, from 12 pm IST. The first show set to air on this block is True Detective.
