Milden No. 286 is a rural municipality in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan, located in Census Division 12 which is a part of SARM Division 5. The seat of the municipality is located in the Village of Milden.

In 2011, Milden No. 286 had a population of 283 in 121 dwellings, a 31.6% increase from 2006. On a surface of 735.29 km² it has a density of 0.4 inhabitants/km².^[1]
