Rudbar-e Qasran District (Persian: بخش رودبار قصران‎‎) is a district (bakhsh) in Shemiranat County, Tehran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 15,489, in 4,563 families.^[1] The District has one city: Fasham. The District has one rural district (dehestan): Rudbar-e Qasran Rural District.
