Romario Sandu Benzar (born 26 March 1992) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays for FC Viitorul Constanța and the Romania national team. He plays mainly at right back but can also operate as a midfielder. He is the older brother of Daniel Benzar.

International career

Benzar made his debut for Romania U-17 on 21 September 2008 in a game against Denmark U-17.[1]

With the Romania U-19 team, he played at the 2011 UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship, which took place in Romania.

Benzar was called up to the senior Romania squad to face Montenegro in August 2016.[2]
