The Roman Catholic Diocese of Xai-Xai (Latin: Xai-Xaien(sis)) is a diocese located in the city of Xai-Xai in the Ecclesiastical Province of Maputo in Mozambique.

On 31 January 2013, the incumbent Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Xai-Xai, Bishop Lucio Andrice Muandula, was appointed to serve as a Member of the Pontifical Council for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant Peoples by Pope Benedict XVI.[1]

On Monday, March 30, 2015, the Rev. Fr. Alberto Vera de Aréjula was appointed Auxiliary Bishop-elect of Xai-Xai and Titular Bishop of Novabarbara by Pope Francis.[2][3]
