Rileah Elizabeth Vanderbilt (born August 20, 1979) is an American actress and producer. She is one of the founding members of Team Unicorn.

Career

Vanderbilt first appeared on film in Hatchet (2005), where she played the Young Victor Crowley. She reprised the role in Hatchet 2 (2010), and played Officer Dougherty in the most recent film in the series, Hatchet 3 (2013). Between roles in the Hatchet movies, she appeared in the film Spiral, followed by a series of roles in shorts, until she booked a supporting role in the 2010 Official Sundance Film Festival selection Frozen (2010), opposite Shawn Ashmore as his love interest. Most recently, Vanderbilt starred in the movie The Pandora Project,[1] and has a recurring role on Holliston as Dana. In a racy and controversial commercial for 2k Sports' Top Spin 4 video game, she co-starred with Serena Williams, as the "hottest female gamer".[2]

With their production company Danger Maiden Productions, Vanderbilt and Clare Grant created, produced, and starred in the short film Saber[3] which won two awards at the 2009 Star Wars Fan Film Awards: Best Action and Audience Choice awards.[4] In 2010, the duo worked with Milynn Sarley and Michele Boyd under the group name Team Unicorn[5] to create a series of viral videos, beginning with G33k & G4m3r Girls parody of Katy Perry's California Gurls video,[6] a viral video, which achieved one million views in its first week.[7] In 2013, Adult Swim announced that Rileah co-created and will be starring in and executive producing a pilot based on the webseries she co-created, Team Unicorn.[8] She appeared also as Herself, along Ray WiseKane Hodder, Tom Holland, Mick Garris and Steven Barton in Adam Green's Horror documentary film Digging Up the Marrow.[9]

Personal life

Vanderbilt first met actor/director Adam Green in 2002 at the Rainbow Bar & Grill and married him on June 26, 2010.[10] They reportedly divorced in 2014 and still remain close friends.
