Reyna del Carmen Royo Rivera, born Ciudad de Panamá Panamá, is a Panamanian model and beauty pageant contestant winner of the Señorita Panamá 1995. Also represented Panama in Miss Universe 1996, the 45th Miss Universe pageant was held at the Aladdin Theatre for the Performing Arts, in Paradise, Nevada, United States on May 17, 1996.[1][2]

Royo who is 5 ft 8.5 in (1.74 m) tall, competed in the national beauty pageant Señorita Panamá 1995, on September, 1995 and obtained the title of Señorita Panamá Universo. She represented Distrito Central state.[3]
