Ren Xi (born 20 February 2001), known internationally as Ren Qian,[1] is a Chinese female diver. She was born in China's Sichuan province.[2]

Career

She won the silver medal at the 2015 World Aquatics Championships in the women's 10m platform at the age of 14 years.[3]

The following year, at age 15, she won the gold medal in the 10 metre platform event at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She is the youngest to have won a medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics.

Ren Qian plans to study law and forensic medicine after her diving career.[2]

Ren Qian is 162 cm tall.[2]
