Realisor is a project management tool produced by BRM Fusion Ltd for benefits realisation management.

History

BRM Fusion was founded in 2010 by Trevor Howes and Ben Sissons as a bootstrapped company. The core software product of BRM Fusion is the Realisor tool. Realisor is used by several international systems integrator companies and consultancies as well as many Fortune 500 companies with a requirement to undertake detailed benefits analysis and benefits realization management tasks.[1]

Realisor was given a bronze certification on 7 February 2012 by the APMG evaluation service for project management products.[2]

Trevor Howes went on to found Wovex Limited, whilst Ben Sissons and the other partners in BRM Fusion went on to found Reachal Limited.

In 2016 BRM Fusion was sold to Wovex Limited, with both Reachal Limited and Wovex Limited having full rights to license, use, and develop Realisor.

Features

Realisor allows all standard benefits realisation management mapping styles to be modeled, and can be used to run complex cost capability trade-off (what-if analysis) to create cost / benefit optimized plans, before running through life reporting to ensure compliance throughout the lifecycle of a project/program.[2]
