Raben Group

Raben Group offers services in the following fields: contract logistics, warehousing, international road forwarding, domestic distribution, sea and air freight, intermodal transport and comprehensive logistics service for fresh products (Fresh Logistics). The Group includes Raben and Fresh Logistics companies. The first company established by the Raben family started its operations in Meddo/Winterswijk, Netherlands in 1931. Now, Raben Group operates in 10 countries: Netherlands, Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, and employs approximately 8,900 people. It has a network of depots all over Europe, over 1,000,000 m2 of warehouse space and ca. 6,600 means of transport at its disposal.

CSR

From the beginning of its existence Raben Group has implemented Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy. In 2010 strategic goals and aims coherent with priorities of Raben Group were recorded. The Group's vision of CSR: Being the trendsetter in our sector in giving the additional value through sustainable solutions.

CSR strategic aims (years 2010-2015):

Acting within the scope of Corporate Social Responsibility, the Group has commenced a social campaign in Poland called Transport jest potrzebny[3] (Transport is necessary). The aim of this initiative is to educate about the importance of transport and to promote safety on roads. The company holds meetings in schools and nursery schools to teach how to behave safely on the road. Over 500 of children have participated in the program so far (2012-2013).
