R. Manoharan

R. Manoharanis an Indian politician and incumbent member of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from the Tiruchirappalli East constituency, He was appointed as chief government whip in February 2013. He represents the Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam party.[1]
