Captained by Pakistani international Muhammad Essa, Quetta Zorawa finished the league round in 2nd place behind Lahore Lajpaals F.C. and qualified for the semis as being among the top 4 of 5 teams. However, they were eliminated by eventual losing finalists Karachi Bazigar on penalties despite being among the favourites to win the SFL 2007 title.
