Planting a Better Future

Planting a Better future is an organization of Headstart School (Pakistan)[1] A'Level Branch and was founded by Mohammad Ibrahim Khan[2] in 2009. It is currently organized by [3] Mohammad Ibrahim Khan. Ibrahim is currently studying Law at the University of Warwick.

Projects

Around 30 students from the group planted around 200 trees along Margalla road in Islamabad, Pakistan it got media attention[4] from City News[5] an English newspaper that has audiences in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Peshawar and is owned by The News International. It plans to plant trees in deforested areas especially villages and participate in a "recycling revolution". In total the society has planted around 5000 trees.The group has also done charity in French Colony in Islamabad. Headstart School even awarded Mohammad Ibrahim Khan a gold medal for his achievement in regards to the society.
