Plakhino

Plakhino (Russian: Пла́хино) is a village (selo) in Zakharovsky District of Ryazan Oblast, Russia. It is the birthplace of Alexander Vasilyevich Alexandrov, author of the music for the National Anthem of the Soviet Union.[1]
