Paulina Gálvez (Miss International)

Paulina Margarita Gálvez Pineda of Pasto (Colombia) became the second representative from her country to win the Miss International pageant in 1999 in Tokyo, Japan.^[1]

She was also adjudged as Miss Photogenic.
