Background

She was born Patricia Agnes Kennedy on 6 July 1929. In her teens she became a model and carried on modeling up to her 30s. [1] She was married at age 18. A year later she would give birth to her daughter Tina. She later divorced her husband.

When she was 30 she married Kelland Hutchence.[2] In 1960 her son Michael was born.[3] Two years later another child Rhett was born.[4] The family moved to Hong Kong when son Michael was 4 years old and they stayed there until he was 12.[5] In 1966 while still living in Hong Kong, both Patricia Hutchence and her daughter Tina became involved in the film Strange Portrait that starred Jeffrey Hunter. Patricia had the makeup artist job and daughter Tina had a small part in the film. Fellow Australian Terry Bourke was involved with the production of the film. The film however, never saw release.[6] In 1970, she worked as makeup and hair sylist in the film Noon Sunday. It was her second time working with Bourke.[7]

Her marriage to Hutchence lasted seventeen years.[8]

In 1991, at age 62 she married Ross Glassop, a retired pilot who was with the Royal Australian Air Force.[9][10]

She died at age 81 in 2010.[11]

She had three children Tina Hutchence, Rhett Hutchence and Michael Hutchence and was survived by daughter Tina and son Rhett.[12]
