P. D. G. Thomas

Peter David Garner Thomas (b. 1 May 1930) is a Welsh historian specialising in eighteenth century British and American politics.

Thomas was born in Bangor, Wales and went to University College of North Wales and University College London.^[1]

He wrote 24 biographies for the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography.^[2]
