The Organization for Respect and Care for Animals (Serbian: Организација за поштовање и бригу о животињама / Organizacija za poštovanje i brigu o životinjama), or ORCA, is a non profit, non-governmental animal welfare organization with a strong focus on marine conservation.

ORCA was formed in 2000 by members of the University of Belgrade Veterinary Faculty. The organization promotes respect and care for animals.

ORCA is member of the British Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA), of the international World Animal Protection , and of the Special Survival Network (SSN) and the CEEweb for Biodiversity in Central and Eastern Europe.

Its real dedication to the cause of animal welfare has been publicly questioned and heavily criticized (see http://www.wagny.org/caution, and also http://www.animalliberationfront.com/ALFront/Actions-Serbia/Orca_-_wasted_money_and_mutilated_animals.pdf)
