Omaha Rockets

The Omaha Rockets were a semi-pro, independent Negro league baseball team in Omaha, Nebraska from (year-year).[1] Gene Collins and Bob Gibson both began their careers with the team.[1][2] Pro Football Hall of Famer Night Train Lane also played briefly for the Rockets after graduating high school.[3]
