Nikolay Kiselyov (politician)

Nikolay Ivanovich Kiselyov (Russian: Никола́й Ива́нович Киселёв) was the governor of Arkhangelsk Oblast in Russia.[1]

He was born in Severodvinsk in 1950. He was or is a member of the State Duma of the Agro-Industrial committee. He was manager of an agricultural business until 2004.
