New Zealand People's Party

The New Zealand People's Party is a political party in New Zealand established in 2015.[1] The party will focus on representing Chinese and Indian voters and a law and order platform.[2][3] The New Zealand First has called the party a 'National Party front' [4]

Party president Roshan Nauhria stood as a candidate in the by-election[5] triggered by Phil Goff's resignation following him being elected Mayor of Auckland, winning 709 votes.[6]
