National Archives of Spain
The National Archives of Spain are maintained by the Archive (Archivo) department of the Spanish Ministry of Culture. They consist of a number of different collections, held in multiple locations. This includes
- the General Archive of the Indies, Seville
- the National Historical Archives, Madrid and elsewhere
- the General Administrative Archives, Alcala de Henares
- the General Archive of Simancas.
