Nathan Brown (born August 19, 1986 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi), was raised in Russellville, AR. He is a formerAmerican football quarterback.

He attended Russellville High School in Russellville, Arkansas. Where he was All-State his senior season playing for Coach Jeff Holt and the Russellville Cyclones. He was a Three-year letterman at Russellville High (Ark.) … Completed 242 of 353 passes as a senior for 3,385 yards and 33 TDs … Was KARV Dream Team Player of the Year, Russellville Courier Dream Team and All-River Valley … Also lettered three years in baseball and was an All-State performer in 2003 and 2004.

He was signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2009. After being released he went to the New Orleans Saints for a short stint.

He was a record breaking Quarterback college football at Central Arkansas.Playing history: four-year starter at quarterback at UCA; he was the Southland Conference Player of the Year in 2008 and the SLC Offensive Player of the Year in 2007; he was a Walter Payton Award finalist in 2008 and was a three-time All-American; was the first UCA player to play in the Senior Bowl in 2008; was also selected to the East-West Shrine Game; set state collegiate passing records for yards (10,558) and touchdowns (100); led the Bears to the NCAA Division II quarterfinals as a redshirt freshman; was Gulf South Conference Freshman of the Year in 2005; Currently Nathan is offensive coordinator and QB coach for the University of Central Arkansas football program.
