Nahnatchka Khan

Nahnatchka Khan is an American television writer and producer.

Career

Khan began her career working for Disney Television Animation.[1]

She is best known for her work on American Dad!,[2] and for creating the ABC sitcoms Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23[3] and Fresh Off the Boat.[4] She has also worked on Malcolm in the Middle and on the children's series Unfabulous. Khan has a television pilot in development: Fox's Fatrick with Zach Cregger.

Personal life

Khan's parents immigrated to the US from Iran.[5] She was born in Las Vegas and grew up in Hawaii.[6] While in college, she interned at National Lampoon and Fox. She is a graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts.[6] Her brother is an agent at Creative Artists Agency.[7]
