Nagarro is a custom software development and business consulting company that provides consulting and technology services to its clients. It is headquartered in Munich, Germany and has its primary development center in Gurgaon, in the National Capital Region of India.

Since 2011, Nagarro is a subsidiary of Allgeier,[1] a Frankfurt listed (FWB: AEI) leading German IT company.

History

Nagarro was founded in 1996. It grew rapidly, reaching over 3,000 employees. In 2011, Nagarro was acquired[2] by Allgeier SE, a Germany-based IT company. In 2014, Softcon, an Allgeier company already a part of the Nagarro division, changed its name to Nagarro.[3] Also in 2014, Hexa Business Services merged with Nagarro Austria.[4] In 2016, Conduct AS, an Oslo-based consulting company, merged with Nagarro to become Nagarro Norway.[5] This, combined with other companies in the division, gives Nagarro a division strength of over 3,000 employees worldwide.
