The Museum Tower is a twenty-nine story skyscraper in the Government Center district of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. As its name implies, the building is situated across the street from the Miami Art Museum[1] (MAM) and HistoryMiami (former Historical Museum of Southern Florida), which are both part of the Miami Cultural Plaza. The visibility of Museum Tower from I-95 provides it a valuable location.
The building is 377 feet (115 m) tall, and excluding the restaurant at its lobby, the Top Hat Deli Café, the Museum Tower is used completely as class A office space.
Bank of America and AT&T (formerly BellSouth) are Museum Tower's principal tenants.
