Miss Thailand World is a national pageant in which the winners compete in the Miss World beauty pageant and whoever is voted to have a beautiful Chinese complexion is selected to participate in Miss Chinese International. Miss Thailand World is not related to the previous Miss Thailand or Miss Universe Thailand pageants.

The reigning Miss Thailand World is Jinnita Buddee who was crowned on May 28, 2016, in Bangkok by Thunchanok Moonnilta, Miss Thailand World 2015. Jinnita Buddee will represent Thailand at the Miss World 2016 pageant.[1]

History

In 1985, BEC-Tero Entertainment Pcl. (Channel 3) was awarded the rights to host the Miss Thailand World pageant and to send a Thai representative to compete at Miss World. Parnlekha Wanmuang was crowned the first Miss Thailand World in 1985.[2]
