Miradolo Terme is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pavia in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 45 km southeast of Milan and about 25 km east of Pavia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,326 and an area of 9.6 km².[1]
The municipality of Miradolo Terme contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Camporinaldo and Terme di Miradolo.
Miradolo Terme borders the following municipalities: Chignolo Po, Graffignana, Inverno e Monteleone, San Colombano al Lambro, Sant'Angelo Lodigiano, Santa Cristina e Bissone.
