The Ministry of Higher Education and Highways is the central government ministry of Sri Lanka responsible for higher education and highways. The ministry is responsible for formulating and implementing national policy on higher education and highways and other subjects which come under its purview.[1] The current Minister of Higher Education and Highways, State Minister of Higher Education and State Minister of Highways are Lakshman Kiriella, Mohan Lal Grero and Dilan Perera respectively.[2][3] The ministry's secretary is D. C. Dissanayake.[4]
