Mingshan District, Benxi
Mingshan District (simplified Chinese: 明山区; traditional Chinese: 明山區; pinyin: Míngshān Qū) is a district under the administration of Benxi City, Liaoning Province, China. It has a total area of 410 square kilometres (160 sq mi), and a population of approximately 300,000 as of 2002.
Administrative Divisions
There are seven subdistricts and two towns in the district.[1]
- Jinshan Subdistrict (Chinese: 金山街道; pinyin: jīn shān jiē dào)
- Dongxing Subdistrict (simplified Chinese: 东兴街道; traditional Chinese: 東興街道; pinyin: dōng xìng jiē dào)
- Xinming Subdistrict (Chinese: 新明街道; pinyin: xīn míng jiē dào)
- Gaoyu Subdistrict (Chinese: 高峪街道; pinyin: gāo yù jiē dào)
- Mingshan Subdistrict (Chinese: 明山街道; pinyin: míng shān jiē dào)
- Niuxintai Subdistrict (simplified Chinese: 牛心台街道; traditional Chinese: 牛心臺街道; pinyin: niú xīn tái jiē dào)
- Beidi Subdistrict (Chinese: 北地街道; pinyin: běi dì jiē dào)
- Wolong (simplified Chinese: 卧龙镇; traditional Chinese: 臥龍鎮; pinyin: wò lóng zhèn)
- Gaotaizi (simplified Chinese: 高台子镇; traditional Chinese: 高臺子鎮; pinyin: gāo tái zǐ zhèn)
