The Maveli Express (Malayalam:‌മാവേലി എക്സ്പ്രസ്സ്) is a daily night express train of the Southern Railway Division of Indian Railways connecting Mangalore Central to Trivandrum Central. The train numbers are 16603 and 16604.

About the Name of the Train

This train is named after the Maveli, another name of the ruler of Kerala in mythology Mahabali. This train runs via the coastal railway route of Alleppey.

Train number 16603 leaves Mangalore at 17:40 hrs and arrives Trivandrum at 07:15 next day. Train number 16604 leaves Trivandrum at 19:25 hrs and arrives Mangalore on next day at 08:50 hrs.
