Matteo Scozzarella (born 5 June 1988 in Trieste) is an Italian footballer who plays for Trapani, as a midfielder.

Career

Scozzarella has made youth appearances for Atalanta, but didn't made senior appearances for Dea, and signed with Portogruaro.

In Portogruaro, Scozzarella helped the team to get the promotion to 2010-11 Serie B, and in the end of the 2010-11 season, he signed with his first club, Atalanta.

On 17 July 2011, Scozzarella was loaned to newly promoted Serie B team Juve Stabia. After the loan, Scozzarella returned to Bergamo club, and was assigned with first team squad for 2012-13 season.

On 30 September, he made his Atalanta debut, in a match against Torino. In January 2013 he joined Ternana on loan until the end of the season.[1]

On 30 August 2013, Scozzarella returned to Juve Stabia on loan. He was again loaned to Spezia on 31 January 2014.[2]
