Massimo Masini (born 9 May 1945) is a former Italian basketball player and coach. A 6 feet 10 (2.08 m) tall center, he spent the major part of his career playing for Olimpia Milano.[1] He won a Euroleague title in 1966 and two Saporta cups in 1970 and 1971.

He represented Italy from 1963 to 1972 in international competitions, including 1964, 1968 and 1972 Olympics.[1] He won a Eurobasket bronze medal in 1971, averaging 6 points per game in the tournament.[2]
