Marat Nailyevich Khairullin (Russian: Марат Наильевич Хайруллин; born 26 April 1984) is a Russian-born Kazakh football attacking midfielder/forward who last played for FC Okzhetpes.

Khairullin previously played for FC Rubin Kazan's B team.[1]

On 30 September 2016, Khairullin had his contract with FC Okzhetpes terminated by mutual consent.[2]
