Mai Aizawa (相澤舞衣, born 10 September 1980 in Mie Prefecture) is a Japanese women's international footballer who plays as a defender. She is a member of the Japan women's national football team. She was part of the team at the 2002 Asian Games. On club level she played for Speranza Takatsuki in Japan.[1]
