This state highway touches Karanja, Bharsinghi, Jalalkheda, Mowad, up to Madhya Pradesh border connecting with MSH 10 at Bangoan near Pandhurna in Madhya Pradesh. Hence it provide connectiviy with NH-6 and NH 69
