Luxembourg and RTL Télévision continued to internallty select the entry for the Eurovision Song Contest. For the Eurovision Song Contest 1990, the chose French singer Céline Carzo with the song "Quand je te rêve" (When I Dream Of You), sung in French.

At Eurovision

Carzo performed for Luxembourg 6th in the running order, following the Netherlands and preceding the United Kingdom. Her song received 38 points, placing 13th of 22 countries competing.
