Loretta Ortíz Ahlf (born 24 February 1955) is a Mexican politician and lawyer. She has been the only Mexican honoured by The Hague Academy of International Law in being invited as professor of Public International Law at it. As Congresswoman, Ortiz was affiliated with the National Regeneration Movement (formerly to the Labor Party. As of 2013 she served as Deputy of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing the Federal District.[1]
