Limassol Marina is part the old port, which has been rebuilt and hosts many multinationals and luxury marine services. Private luxury houses are also being built (2015) just on top of the water. It lacks of any chilling space other than businesses.

The designers of Limassol Marina are Artelia Cyprus Ltd – A.F. Modinos & S.A. Vrahimis architects and engineers joint venture, in association with Atelier Xavier Bohl.
Limassol Marina Progress
The completion of the Limassol Villas, those on the Peninsula, with private berths attached to their garden or direct access to the beach is expected in early 2015.
