Leeches! is a 2003 horror film directed by David DeCoteau.

Plot

In the opening scene, a couple, Rudy and Lisa, go to a swamp in the woods. They go skinny sipping and are about to have sex when Lisa suddenly vomits leeches. Rudy discovers, to his horror, that the leeches are mutated. Then, a giant mutated leech appears and devours both.

Later, scientists Rebecca Berger and Louis Tremor take a group of interns (Becca, Kodo, Allen, Joker, Sam, Lois, Vicki, Bridget, Ian and Carter) to the same swamp. Tremor mentions that many years ago, radioactive waste was dumped there. Berger takes Lois and Becca out diving, and they encounter a massive leech which injures Lois's ankle. Tremor stabilizes her ankle and him and Lois's boyfriend, Allen, return to camp. Berger wants to take out another dive and search for the giant leech. Becca is traumatized and refuses to go, but Joker and Bridget's curiosity gets the better of them and they go diving with her. While they are out, Joker dives too deep and a swarm of mutated leeches tear him to shreds. Bridget and Rebecca surface and think that Joker is playing a prank on them, until a massive leech surfaces and disembowels Rebecca.

The interns' boat is then destroyed. All of them are forced to swim to a small island except for Carter, who tries to swim back to the mainland and is killed. After Carter's nearly intact body washes ashore, Kodo suggests using it as bait, but Vicki, Carter's boyfriend, refuses. The island then floods, forcing the interns to climb into the trees. Sam "accidentally" kicks out the branch that Vicki was holding on to and she falls into the water. While Vicki is being eaten, Becca, Kodo, Bridget and Ian are able to swim back to the mainland. However, Sam gets separated from the others. She is attacked by leeches who rip off her clothes, exposing her tits, and bite out her nipples and eyes.

Meanwhile, Lois dumps Allen after he tries to have sex with her and he leaves camp. He finds Sam's dead body next to the water and instinctively slaps her ass. However, a leech jumps out of Sam's anus and latches onto Allen's hand. He panics and falls into the water, where he is killed. The remaining interns try to convince Tremor and Lois of what happened, but they are skeptical. Tremor walks back to the waterfront and is devoured whole by a massive leech. The other five race back to camp and drive away in one of the group's vans. However, they discover that the road has been flooded. Bridget remembers that the leeches were created via radioactive waste and theorizes that a dispersant could stop them.

The group releases the dispersant into the water, seemingly killing all the leeches. However, after they build a raft to cross the river, the massive leech reappears and eats Becca when she falls off the raft. Lois tells Kodo, Ian and Bridget to swim to safety while she distracts the leech by splashing around in the water. They oblige and start swimming while Lois is eaten. Bridget and Ian make it to shore, but Kodo is also devoured. After Bridget and Ian climb onto the shore, the leech leaps out of the water and attacks them. However, they impale it on a massive, sharp piece of wood and it dies. Bridget and Ian then continue walking down the road, the only survivors out of the group of twelve.
